Hello, wonderful friends of @steemitironchef, we are in Round 7 with our main ingredient the Cucumber, an excellent option for those who make low-calorie diets and very water carrier that is beneficial for the functioning of the body, today I bring you a recipe and presentation each week improving thanks to the incentive of the chef organizing the contest, almost not full to participate due to the time factor it has been a complicated week for me, late but sure. My recipe today is cucumber skewers with vegetables.
Step 1. After washing our vegetables well with water and vinegar, we cut into slices
Step 2. We start a bed with lettuce and form a tower, with all the vegetables and we add salt.
Step 3. Once the vegetable tower is made, we put a toothpick to sort it
Step 4. On top of the skewers we place a pinch of mayonnaise and decorate with paprika and smooth parsley
