I am excited to join the weekly challenge of this community, the star ingredient of this round is apples, when I read about the challenge I started to come up with my recipe, it occurred to me to combine the fluffiness of the cookies with the caramelized flavor of the apple pies.

The challenge invites us to be simple, not to overload the publication, we must focus on our dish and the main ingredient "apples".

Me entusiasma unirme al reto semanal de esta comunidad, el ingrediente estrella de este round son las manzanas, al leer sobre el challenge comencé a pensar en que receta haría, se me ocurrió combinar la esponjosidad de las galletas con el sabor acaramelad de las tartas de manzana.

El reto nos invita a ser simples, a no sobrecargar la publicación, debemos centrarnos en nuestro platillo y en el ingrediente principal "manzanas".

2 apples, 2 gr cinnamon, 200 gr sugar, 260 gr wheat flour, 2 eggs, 130 gr butter.

2 manzanas, 2 gr de canela, 200 gr de azúcar, 260 gr de harina de trigo, 2 huevos, 130 gr de mantequilla.
