Today I am going to show you what kind of food I added to my list last 25th September from breakfast to lunch and dinner plate today.
Like every day, my day starts at the breakfast table to prepare my breakfast and this breakfast will be my daily routine of any kind of vegetables and eggs. So today I started my breakfast with my husband with bread in the morning with vegetables and an eggs and bananas.
I also made this vegetable I ate with potatoes and papaya.
After breakfast I wanted to have a cup of tea so today I drank black tea without sugar. |

I am a diabetic patient so I need to eat some sour fruits every day So I ate a little sour-fruit Hog plum before lunch today as a sour fruit. And this time it was great to eat this sour fruit with salt. |

As we are Bengalis, we must have rice and fish in our diet at noon, along with the very popular thinly cooked lentils. It's our very favorite food that we all especially my family love to eat these foods.
The dishes I had at lunch item at noon were hilsa fish curry and hilsa fish head gourd leaf curry. I was very happy to eat the mouthfuls today because this time I had lunch together with the whole family.
Every day I try to keep milk-like food, so many people have stomach gas problem acidity. In that case I try to eat sour yogurt every day after lunch.So even today it's no exception. I ate it in the afternoon, very delicious sour yogurt made by my hand.
And in the afternoon I ate orange juice as drink.
Besides, I had a light meal at dinner today.Besides, dinner is better to eat a little lighter. If I eat the fruits salad with a little sour yogurt, I can eat two or three types of fruits.One of my favorite foods or dessert items is fruit salad.So at dinner at night I just ate a bowl of fruit salad.
I added a slice of lemon juice, and half a spoonful of salt and the fruits I added to make fruit salad were apples, Dates and pomegranates.
So, thanks Allah for all the foods I tried to eat with my whole family today because Allah allowed me to eat different types of food on this day.

Thanks for your nice comment but I always try to eat nutritious food to eat healthy food especially in my daily diet vegetable item priority. I know why I don't want to eat sour yogurt bought from the market, so I like to make it at home with a little technique.
