I am participating in the recipe contest given by the Steemit Iron Chef community.The organizer of today's cooking contest is our very favorite moderator @dasudi, I sincerely thank you for organizing the recipe contest for us

.Now winter is going on so more sim seeds are available in the market and usually they are winter vegetables and this winter more fish fresh fish are also available in the market at this time so today I want to make a recipe for bean seed and air fish curry. I want to cook the recipe a little differently without spices which I liked to eat, so last (05-02-2025) February, I cooked and took a picture of the recipe but I forgot to publish the recipe post and share this recipe with you today.

All the ingredients I need to cook it-

At the beginning of cooking, peel the beans from them and cut the fish and wash them thoroughly. Now add turmeric powder to the fish and marinate them.
Then add oil to the pan and shallow fry the fish in it and fry the garlic again in a light oil.

Then add oil to the pan and pour the onion on it, the prepared spice on the fried onion and add the tomatoes well and grind the spice well and grind it again with the chopped potato cube pieces.

In another pan I'll boil bean seeds in hot water for two minutes to remove the extra smell of seeds. Then wash with cold water and drain the water from the seeds and pour the spices into the pan.Then grind the seeds a little better and when I see that the seeds are half cooked, I will add the amount of water and fish to it and add the garlic.

Then I'll put tomatoes, green chillies, cilantro in it and after two minutes turn off the gas stove and I'm ready to make bean seeds curry with Giant river-Catfish/ Aor fish.
