Pizza is so delicious because it combines everything we love in food – crispy dough, with a base that is both crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, giving a great mouthfeel, aromatic tomato sauce, and a variety of favorite toppings. We can put absolutely anything we love – from mozzarella to salami, mushrooms, or even pineapple, which for Italians is horrifying, and for me, it is just as unacceptable, but as we know, different people have different tastes. Years ago, in Italy, I even tried pizza with melted chocolate, which has become more common nowadays. I don't know a single person who could remain silent when smelling pizza. There is always an "mmm" or a "Now I’m craving pizza" 🍕😍

I don’t eat pizza that often, but whenever I’m in Italy, I almost always indulge. Otherwise, I enjoy having pizza at home with friends because it feels more casual. I do go to restaurants, but overall, I prefer eating with my close ones in a cozy, informal setting.

What I love about pizza is that it’s not just for restaurants or home – it’s also perfect as street food, and best of all, you don’t need utensils! Eating with your hands is always tastier when the food allows it, of course. It’s no coincidence there's the expression "finger-licking good."

Another very important thing for me is that sharing is always welcome when it comes to pizza. Fortunately, I don’t have people around me like Joey from Friends, who doesn’t share food at any cost. 😁 For me, this is a way to bond even more with the people I’m at the table with.

Pizzas you see in the pictures are classic vegan, Margherita, Salami, and Prosciutto. Mine is the vegan one, which my friends immediately grabbed, but they were merciful enough to leave me at least half of it. 😃
