Some time ago, out of boredom, for the first time in my life, I decided to bake my own homemade buns.

I had never tried to cook before, so I thought I would fail and they would be disgusting.
I found on the Internet a recipe for delicious breakfast buns.
I prepared all the necessary ingredients and did everything according to the recipe.

In a small bowl, I crushed fresh yeast and mixed it with sugar, a little flour and warm water.
After 15 minutes, the yeast solution was ready and I added it to a large bowl where the rest of the ingredients were already.
I don't have a planetary robot to do this for me, but I have seen my grandmother and mother make the cake with their hands many times.
so I did the same thing. My hands were a little sore but after a few minutes I had a smooth and elastic dough.

I covered it with a towel and left it for 2 hours to make the cake grow.
I waited impatiently, and when the dough was ready, I immediately began to form buns.
At the same time, I heated the oven to 200 degrees and as soon as everything was ready, I immediately put the buns inside.

After 20-25 minutes I took them out and without waiting for them to cool down I tried one. I was surprised because they were surprisingly delicious.
I ate them all while they were still warm.
I was very happy that I succeeded and since then I have loved cooking and baking. I do it more and more often and I learn a lot.

Today I made a homemade pizza with mushrooms, Ham and cheese although it does not look too nice it tasted delicious.
