When it comes to my diet, I strive to eat a balanced variety of foods from all of the food groups. I make sure to include plenty of fruits and vegetables, as they provide essential vitamins and minerals. I also make sure to include whole grains, such as brown rice, oats, and quinoa, as they provide important dietary fibre and B vitamins. I also make sure to include sources of healthy fats, such as nuts and seeds.I am pure vegetarian so my diet always filled with different veggies and fruits including pulses.

In addition to these foods, I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. I also try to limit my intake of processed and sugary foods, as these can cause health issues in the long run.
Overall, I would say that my diet is healthy. I make sure to include a variety of foods from all the food groups in the right proportions. By doing this, I am able to get all the essential vitamins and minerals my body needs while still enjoying a variety of flavours and textures.

It is essential to maintain a balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle, and one of the key components of that diet is to incorporate a variety of healthy foods into our daily menu.
For me, I typically consume rice, wheat, ragi, whole grains, mixed vegetables and fruits, sweet corn, sweet potatoes, nuts, dairy products, gingali oil, and many more.
Rice is a staple in my diet, as it is not only a good source of carbohydrates, but it is also low in fat and an excellent source of dietary fiber.
Wheat is also a great source of carbohydrates and is low in sugar and fat. Ragi is a gluten-free grain and a great source of calcium and protein.

Sweet corn is a great source of dietary fiber and is also low in fat and sugar. Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, and they are also low in fat and sugar.
Nuts are a great source of healthy fats, and they are also high in protein. Diary products are an excellent source of calcium, and I typically consume yogurt, cheese, and milk.
Gingali oil is extracted from the gingali plant, which is native to India. It is a great source of healthy fats and is also full of antioxidants.

A healthy menu for the day should include a balanced mix of all the necessary nutrients for a strong and energised body.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it should not be neglected. For breakfast, one can have a variety of Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, pongal, poori, and poha. These dishes are packed with carbohydrates and can be enjoyed with a side of chutney or sambar. I finish my breakfast between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. after sending the kids to school. Some times it would delay due to some other works, but I don't skip it.

My breakfast is delayed, so I must take another cup of milk or any available fruits in my home. From this, I handle my work by satisfying my stock at a time.
For lunch, one should opt for a combination of vegetables and pulses. A nutritious meal of sambar using any available vegetable, a curry with different vegetables that are available at home, and rasam, rice, and curd can be enjoyed. This is a great source of protein and fiber and is a good way to get the necessary nutrition. Mostly, I took my lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.

Snacks are also an important part of a healthy diet and can be enjoyed in between meals. An ideal snack would be sundal, which is a traditional South Indian snack made with a combination of pulses, spices, and coconut. Fruits are a great snack option as they are low in calories and high in nutrition.Some times I took Biscuts, Bonda, Baji, and some outside chat items also. But those twice a week.
For dinner, one can enjoy chapati, ragi roti, mixed-flour dosa, paniyaram, or a variety of other dishes. Chapati is a type of unleavened flatbread that is usually made from whole wheat flour, while upma is a savoury dish made with semolina and vegetables. These dishes can be enjoyed with a side of raita or curry.Mostly, I finish my dinner before 8:30 p.m. Because I go to bed at 9:30 pm, that's why I finish my dinner an hour before I go to sleep.

Your are very correct mam that the two key to be healthy are eating good foods and phisical fitness. Wheat flour foods are very healthy for our body. My suggestion is to reduce the usage of potatoes. Because it contains more carbohydrates so it will improve our body fat.
