Today I will prepare a salad. Salad is my favorite dish. And not only mine, because salads can be found on the menu of every restaurant in the world. This dish has long been on the list of the most popular.

There are many types of salads. Salad can even be prepared simply from what is at hand.

I love to experiment and create my own recipes. This time I am preparing a salad by combining different components. However, I do not do it arbitrarily. The products I use taste good together, tested.

So, to prepare my salad, I took:

bell pepper;
cream cheese;
cucumber;
green peas;
onion;
ham;
mushrooms;
mayonnaise;
greens.

For my salad, I used boiled mushrooms, but I believe that you can also use pickled ones. Trust your taste and do as you like. You also need to boil green peas.

I chopped bell pepper, cucumber, ham, melted cheese and onion. I chose the method of cutting products with straws, but you can cut other shapes.

I like to make salads that need to be mixed before consumption. Therefore, I placed all the components of the slat on a plate separately. I placed mayonnaise in the center of the plate, decorating it with greens.

I made this salad just for everyday consumption with my family. However, it can also be served on the festive table. It looks very nice, and mixing before consumption shows guests that the dish is freshly prepared. In addition, a salad with mayonnaise cannot be kept mixed for a long time, because mayonnaise together with vegetable juice forms an unpleasant liquid. In this case, the salad looks unattractive and stale.
