Often someone mistakenly finds the salt in the curry too and gets worried that no one will eat the food because of the too much salt. I also didn't know about this tip, my mother Jan told me that when the salt in the curry becomes too much , adding a little flour (paira) to it reduces the salt.
It was quite a while ago that once the salt in my curry was too strong. I was very worried that no one would eat this curry. Put a little flour in it and mix it, it will be treacherous and the salt will also work, so I did the same. So whenever the salt in my curry is too much, I will add a flour (paira) in it.
