Hi I am Maryam Nadeem from Lahore #pakistan. Come once to join an amazing contest which is the titel is "The Healthy Diet". We should always have a healthy diet that keeps us healthy and active and gives us a healthy mood. So let me tell you what should we eat in a healthy diet and should we include such healthy foods in our diet. So lets start. ✨

Yes, I always keep my diet good and always use healthy foods like I must eat an egg every day in the early morning breakfast because the starch and calcium present in the egg keeps the person healthy and all. Relieves the tiredness of the day I use eggs daily for breakfast because I am a diabetic and I have to take care of my diet along with medication I take care of my health but sometimes I forget to take care of my health because while taking care of children's health, people forget their health.

For this reason, I ask my children to eat eggs during breakfast every day, especially in winter, because of the cold, my children's health starts to deteriorate, due to which I give them breakfast early in the morning. Eggs are given to them by which they start to feel warmth inside them and they also stay healthy.

Before marriage I was not taking care of my diet at all but wanted to lose weight because after few months I was going to get married so slowly I reduced my diet. And stopped eating healthy food because of which I became very weak and my body was losing red blood cells due to weakness. My husband scolded me a lot, because of which I started to improve my diet, he used to bring me fruits every day and give me fresh fruit juice and he used to bring me eggs and other good foods. From which my health began to improve and I began to be very healthy, Alhamdulillah.


What are those foods that you usually include in your diet?

I would like to mention some foods that I include in my diet and also tell you that if you want to maintain your health and keep your health healthy, these foods are essential Use daily.

In Breakfast 🍳☕🍞

  • Eggs 🥚
  • Milk 🥛 (Tea)
  • Bread Butter
  • Fresh Juice

In Lunch 🕒

  • Fruits 🍍🍎🍓🍇
  • Again Fresh Juice (optional)
  • Rice 🍚
  • Snacks with Tea or milk 🥛

In Dinner 🍽

  • Meat 🥩
  • Chicken 🐓🐔
  • Rice 🍚
  • Fresh Roty (chapaty)
  • Milk
  • pure Ghee (dese ghee)
  • Vegetables (sabzi)
  • Dry Fruits in night

I have shared with you guys what I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I must include some of these on a daily basis. In the early morning, I must use eggs or bread butter or milk or tea. In the afternoon I prepare some snacks or cut fruits for the children and myself and add them to the food and milk. and meat etc. is mandatory in dinner because it is very healthy and very useful for human health. In addition, I also use vegetables as much as possible because they are also good for our body. It is very important to use salad and rice and fresh bread are also used in daily routine.


Are the foods you currently eat healthy?

Thank God, whatever food I eat is very healthy. My husband is very strict and keeps giving strict suggestions. He wants us to eat healthy food and not junk food etc. He has provided us with everything at home and he wants his wife and children to stay at home and eat healthy food because nowadays only healthy food is healthy and other foods are just like that. Just like we haven't eaten anything in our body, humans slowly get sick from these things and in the beginning we think the tongue taste is very good, it is very fun but we don't know that it is not good for our body. How harmful can be involved.

That's why I always use healthy food and have a healthy diet for myself and my children because for us we need to do a lot for our body and for our health.
