First of all, I would like to tell you that I love to cook, I participate in various exhibitions in my country. There are different festivals in my country and in these festivals I love to cook, I prepare different dishes and cook in different ways. But on Christmas day I prepare my favorite dish which I also serve to my house guests and they also like it very much.

What is your typical Christmas dish? Tell me what makes it so special...

My Christmas dish is chicken pasta. Chicken pasta is eaten by my family very fondly. Whenever there is a festival, this dish is prepared in our house and other dishes are prepared along with this dish, but this is a compulsory dish. It is what we prepare in our house on Christmas day. This dish is called Chicken Pasta because only pasta is added to it and Chowman is made separately.

The special thing about this dish is that there are not many ingredients included in this dish but vegetables are used in it and vegetables are very useful for human health. It feels great after eating. This is a dish that makes you happy even if you eat a little bit of it and everyone can easily eat this dish and make you happy that's why I make pasta on my Christmas day.

What is your favorite Christmas dessert? the one that cannot be missed...

First of all I would like to say that different sweet dishes are prepared on festival days but I prepare one dish which my kids like very much and this dish is very easy for everyone to eat. And everyone likes this dish called Gulab Jamun. By the way they are called Sweets but I mostly prepare these Sweets at home they are very easy to make and are very delicious desserts to eat.

Gulab jamun is very popular here in Pakistan, some gulab jamuns are so delicious and expensive but some gulab jamuns are also available from bakeries etc. but I recommend if you want to make desserts at home. So prepare it in your own home because there is taste in the clean things of the house.

What are you planning to taste at your Christmas dinner?

I plan my vows very well in Steiner because on my Christmas day my family gathers together and we sit together and have a meal. In our house we prepare different dishes like biryani chicken beef mutton and pulao and the must haves. Pasta is prepared and in dessert very delicious dishes like gulab jamun kheer and some jellies etc.

Because it is a festival in which we should sit and enjoy food with our family and share happiness with them. They meet each other and the children also have a lot of fun because of this. Every house has a very special plan on Christmas day that it is very important to sit and enjoy food, have dinner and talk with your family members on these days.

Tell me your plans What is your favorite Christmas drink?

So now it's time to find out which drink I drink most on Christmas day and drink it to my family, so let me tell you that we can draw any type of drink that is bought outside such as an Illed drink etc. Or juices etc. we don't buy because our family far away from outside things at all. My family strictly forbids that outside drinks should not be used at all because there are many chemicals used in outside drinks which are harmful for us, so on the day on Christmas, Here at our house I prepare the drink with my own hands.

The name of this drink is pineapple juice. I make pineapple juice for my family. My family and guests at my house like it very much and drink it with great passion. Pineapple juice has a lot of calcium and It is very powerful and makes one feel fresh after drinking it and it is also very tasty. That is why I prepare this juice for my family and after making it, my family appreciates it very much.

Yes, of course, if steemit iron chef were to make us dinner on Christmas Day, I would definitely like to make my own homemade chicken pasta for you guys because I know it would make a delicious pasta dish.
