INTRODUCTION
Hello friends, I greet you all, I am so grateful to be part of this great contest organized by @sanuri in this great community, I stubble on this contest through campus connect collection and I decided to give a try. I know this is my first time of writing in this community, and with all what I am seeing I fall in love with it so please I will drop my own green food.
What I am preparing is call water yam green vegetable porridge, I love eating vegetables because it purify the body since I don't take blood tonic I use vegetable as my blood tonic so in a week I eat vegetable up to 5 time's so this meal I am showing you is what I ate as my launch.
Ingredients I use are:
Water yam
Green peas
Green pepper
I wash my green pea and green pepper and slice it in tiny particles then I cook it and keep, I then grand my water yam then mixed them together and I pot my pot on fire then add water and allow it to boil then cut it small small and put in the boil water then I turn it very well so that the vegetable will dissolve and mixed well then I cover the pot and allow it for 10 minutes and my food is ready.
