Chia seeds and Banana Smoothie recipe

Hello everyone this is Monz from India hope you are doing great and enjoying your days happily, I hope everyone is healthy and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as nothing is more important than one's health. So once again I am back with another healthy recipe of chia seeds and banana smoothie.

This chia Seeds and Banana smoothie helps providing instant energy and also provides better digestion. This smoothie is a source of calcium and potassium so let's get started with the making process of the Smoothie.

Ingredients required for making this Smoothie

2 bananas
1 glass milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
Dry fruits of choice

First of all soak two tbsp of chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water for 10-15 minutes then take a glass of cold milk and two bananas. Put them in a blender jaar and then grind all the ingredients mentioned above.

Then take it out in a glass and serve it chill for garnishing you can add chopped dry fruits of your own choice. As I don't like dry fruits I have not added any of the dry fruit and enjoy the smoothie without any dry fruits.

You can take this Smoothie as your morning breakfast or if you survive on light dinner you can choose this healthy and instant energy giving smoothie. If you are a gym freak you can also add your protein powder and oatmeal to make this smoothie more healthy and nutritious.

You can also add sugar or jaggery if you like sweetened smoothies but I preferred without any sugar as sugar is not good for health.

Benefits of this Smoothie

This smoothie is rich in iron, calcium potassium besides that it is rich in antioxidants and it also have soothing anti-inflammatory properties. Overall it is a complete food and one must include in the diet.

•It also helps in increasing the texture of the skin and hair.

•It is good for weight loss as chia seeds provide weight management but one should avoid using too much of milk with banana.
•This smoothie is also good in maintaining the heart health and is also helpful in strengthening the immune system.
