The topic of the competition is very interesting. I am happy to know that in this competition we are free to choose our topic. Today I chose food as my topic in this competition. Today I am telling you about my meal.
In our life, we eat many types of delicious food every day. We cannot live without eating even for a day. We have a fixed time to eat every day and when it is our time to eat, we eat. Eating does not just mean eating to our full stomach. Rather, good and tasty food quenches our hunger and is also able to satisfy our souls. Food is essential for humans as well as all living beings. Food provides energy for our day-to-day activities.
Food gives power to our every organ to function and protects us from diseases. Food quenches our hunger provides many types of nutritional elements to our body and gives energy to the body to work. We Eat many types of tasty and nutrient-rich food. This is important for us. Today I am sharing with you all the foods I ate today.

Our day starts with breakfast. When we wake up in the morning after sleeping all night, we feel more hungry and in the morning we need to eat something for our breakfast. Having breakfast in the morning brings energy to our body and we can do our work easily. But we should have some healthy breakfast in the morning so that our body gets the necessary nutrients. I mostly like to have a healthy breakfast in the morning. Because of this, I can do my daily work with great ease.
Today I had prepared only chapati for breakfast and brought it from the shop in Shrikhand. I wanted to eat Shrikhand for many days, so today I ate Shrikhand with chapati for breakfast. Along with taste, Shrikhand is also rich in protein. It is beneficial for our health. It is easily digested.

Today for lunch I had chapatti and potato onion curry. I always like to eat vegetables and chapatti for lunch, hence I mostly prepare chapatti and vegetables for lunch. Potato and onion curry tastes delicious when eaten but it tastes better when eaten with chapatti. This is a healthy lunch which is tasty and also good for our health.

When I wake up after resting for a while in the afternoon, I feel hungry and need to eat something. I eat fruits every day at any time. Today I was hungry in the evening and when I opened the fridge, I saw apples and oranges lying there. So I ate this apple and orange in the evening. We get many benefits from eating fruits. Apple and orange are such fruits that are mostly available in the winter season. Eating orange keeps our body good and our immunity also remains strong. By eating apples we can avoid many diseases.
Orange is rich in Vitamin C. We can also make orange juice and drink it. When we eat apples on an empty stomach, it also removes anemia. If we eat an apple daily, we can also get relief from the problem of constipation and indigestion. Therefore, we should eat it daily. Fruits should be consumed during the day which is very beneficial for us.

I had egg pulao for dinner today. I like egg pulao very much and everything made with eggs is beneficial for our body. This food made of eggs and rice is a nutritious and balanced food. It is also full of taste, hence we like to eat it. We also get benefits from eating it. I liked today's dinner. Because today I ate my favorite dish, egg pulao. We can make egg pulao either with boiled eggs or with raw eggs. I have made this egg pulao with raw eggs.
