During the month of January, I kicked off a challenge for everyone on Steemit...Make your first power up for 2022 and show us via a post in Steemit Iron Chef Community!

The challenge run for the whole month of January and over 85% of participants have been supported on their post with booming vote + SIC curation account.

And today, as promised, I am announcing the 10 participants of #firstpowerup2022 who each will receive 5 steem as reward!

For me it's a great satisfaction seeing how much we can achieve in a single community...imagine if all the active communities of Steemit organize a power up event each month...just imagine the impact that this can have on the steem price and economy!

Earlier today I saw all GREEN on the markets which is amazing to see after the long RED days....and Steem looks in a position of taking a flight...SBD too!

Each action that we make on the platform has an impact...it can be a tiny thing, but still! And when multiplied by 100 of thousands of users doing some positive action each day for the Steem economy, things can get crazy on the price...

I was here when Steem price went over 7.5 - 8 Usd...

And we can make it again...and go above it too!

We just need to keep improving, innovating and supporting Steemit/Steem...**and we will do it!
