Greetings of the day Steemit Iron Chef!

As usual it is such a pleasure participating in @crisvera awesome daily challenge : Menu Du Jour! - I invite everyone reading this post to check this challenge out and participate by sharing your best food photos of the day...

Today I will show you the different foods I had for my meals the last 2 days to kick start this new week...

As you probably know, I am surrounded by yummy foods both at work and home...I am really blessed and so grateful!

I'll start with these cheesy croissants baked by my wife and we enjoyed them for our tea time yesterday!

Upside Down bowl with chicken and eggs for my lunch yesterday...

I came back home a little late for lunch yesterday and was so hungry! My wife cooked this classic dish for our lunch, which is simply steamed rice, topped with sautéed chicken with veggies & oyster sauce and finish off with a fried egg!

Served with some crushed chili...it was heavenly!

Now let's check out what I had for lunch today...

Yes...chicken once again, we actually consume a lot of chicken in Mauritius!!!

This time it was marinated and baked in the oven on a bed of potatoes and sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese!

So voila my friends, a little bit of the foods I ate the last 2 days, there were many more, but I just don't have time to take photos sometime being too busy and need to make quick!

But I am happy to be able to click some photos from time to time and share on my blog!
