Hello everyone. A #greenwednesday to you all. Im here again to share to you another green vegetable but this time it came from the sea. This aquatic plant is called Caulerpa Lentillifera.

I really love this seaweed. It has a great texture and fun to eat. It pops like bubbles and gives a burst of flavor. We eat it fresh. We just wash it with cold running water to rinse off excess saltiness. This is usually prepared like a salad with tomatoes or calamansi. But i personally prefer to make it like this, vinegar and chopped chili. Best paired with grilled or fried fish. Yum! 😋 😋 😋
