Hello everyone. Another #greenwednesday to you all. Today i would like to share to you another vegetable. It is actually an edible flower called Tonkin Jasmine (Telosma Cordata).

Tonkin Jasmine is considered as an organic veggie in other countries. This plant vine just grows in the provinces and not being cultivated. Its very rare that i get to even see this flower in the market. If there is, it gets sold out fast because of how limited the supply is. Only one vendor here in our area sells it. I told her to reserve some for me if they get to sell them again. Im a sure buyer.☺️


These are what i used for the Stir Fried Tonkin Jasmine. Garlic, tomatoes and onion. Saute and season to taste. You can up a notch this recipe by adding any meat or fish. This flower is versatile can go with any veggie. This can even be in omelettes and soups.
