My respect and love to every admin and moderator of my beloved "'Steemit Iron Chef". Dear friends, how are you all? Hope you all are doing well and enjoying your life by the grace of Allah,,, I would like to congratulate the entire team of Steemit Iron Chef for organizing this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 16. As always this week's contest is awesome and I'm here to take part.

We all know about the health benefits of eggs that's why we try to include eggs in our diet every day. Eggs are considered a superpower food. It provides a lot of essential protein, a high amount of calcium, good cholesterol, and other minerals that are essential for our body to grow.

Everyone in my family has eggs for breakfast almost every day. Also, I almost always prepare some dishes where egg is an essential part like kebabs, curries, cakes, cookies, some desserts, etc. For this competition, I am preparing a dessert of one of my daughter's favorite recipes, egg and bread pudding. This is an easy, quick, and delicious recipe. I hope you will like it..

Ingridents

Ingredient's	Quantity
Eggs	2
Milk	1 &1/2cup
bread	3 slices
suger	1/2 cup
Vanilla essences	1/2 tsp

Instructions

First I take 1 tbsp of sugar and a little water in a pudding mold and caramelize the sugar on medium flame in the oven. Be careful not to get burned.

Take 3 slices of bread and cut them into small pieces. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and sugar well until the sugar dissolves. Then add milk and vanilla essence to the egg mixture.

Then I will spread the sliced bread in the pudding mold. Then I will pour the milk and egg mixture so that all the breads are mixed in the egg mixture.

Today I will make this pudding in a gas stove so I will take some water in a big pot and place the pudding mold on a stand and cover it with a lid for 25-30 minutes. Check with a knife to see if the pudding is set. Then let it cool down and mold out the pudding and serve.

This healthy recipe is very tasty and tempting. Everyone in my family loves egg pudding. Easy to make and doesn't take much time. A must try, hopefully, everyone in your family will love it.
