The things I used to make this tea includes honey and Ginger.
- To prepare this, I peeled, washed and sliced the Ginger.
- I boiled hot water, poured it inside a cup and allowed it to cool down.
I used a blender to blend the Ginger, afterwards I added water to the Ginger and sieved out the ginger juice.
Then, I added the Ginger juice to the warm water.
Afterwards, I added one teaspoon of Honey to the water and then mixed everything together.
- My Ginger tea is ready.

The things I used in preparing my pain relieving oil includes:
- Tumeric
- Garlic
- Olive Oil

I peeled the Garlic and Tumeric, washed, sliced and added it to the pot.
I add the olive oil into the pot.
I simmered it on heat for about 5 minutes inorder for the herbs to infuse inside the oil.
Then I turned off the heat and allowed it to cool.
I then sieved the oil inside a container.
- My pain relief oil is ready!!!

I would start by listing the ingredients I used.
- Scent leaf
- Ginger
- Tumeric

- I picked the Scent leaf, after doing that I washed and sliced it.
- I peeled, washed and sliced my ginger and Tumeric.
- I added everything to the pot.
- I added half cup of water to the pot and allowed it to boil for a while inorder for the herb to infuse inside the water.
- When I turned off the heat, I allowed the mixture to cool before sieving it
- My mental clarity herb is ready.
