How are you all, I hope everyone is doing well in this month of Ramadan by God's mercy. Alhamdulillah I am also doing well with your prayers. First of all, I am starting by saying Ramadan Mubarak to everyone. So today I'll be participating in an awesome engagement challenge in the Steemit Iron chef community. The theme of the engagement challenge is, Sec season 16 week 5 ||with the flavor and taste of my country||.So let's start.

I am proud to say that I am a Bangladeshi. Our Sujla Shufola Grain Shyamla Bangladesh seasonally and naturally various food ingredients are made naturally. Different regions of Bangladesh have a famous reputation for the taste of various food products. I am sharing with you the taste of some traditional food products of our Bangladesh through an engagement challenge.

Katchi Biryani of Old Dhaka



The capital of Bangladesh is Dhaka. And this Dhaka has some unique and traditional taste of other food. But Old Dhaka's Katchi Biryani is very famous all over the country. This food is mainly made with fresh basmati rice and fresh meat and potatoes of our country. This food is considered as the main food in old Dhaka weddings, Sunnat Khatna and various social events. It is as tempting as it is delicious.And this Kacchi Birani has a secret masala, this masala is made by the people of our country very carefully with their own products. The crunch of this masala enhances the spiciness of the Birani.

Hilsa is the king of fish in Bangladesh



Our Bangladesh is called "fish and rice Bengali". Because Bangladeshi people love to eat rice and fish. Also, Bangladesh is a riverine country. There are various and famous big rivers in this country. For example, Hilsa fish is found in abundance in the Padma river. This hilsa fish is so delicious that Bangladesh is exporting hilsa fish to our country as well as outside the country. Because the demand of hilsa fish by the people of foreign countries is increasing day by day. That is why hilsa fish has gained prominence as the national fish of our country.

Sweets from Tangail region of Bangladesh



Our Bangladeshi Tangail has a traditional sweet reputation since ages. This sweet is now spreading its reputation not only in the country but also to people outside the country. In our Bangladesh, whenever a foreign tourist comes to Tangail and eats sweets, they become hungry after eating. This dish is prepared by the people of Tangail region with their own products and their handicrafts.People here make sweets with pure desi cow's milk, due to which this sweet delicacy cannot be compared to anything else.

A food taste enhancing product is mustard oil



Mustard is cultivated in different regions of Bangladesh according to nature. Farmers make mustard oil from this mustard. Mustard oil has immense importance in our various foods. This mustard oil adds spice to any food. This product is made by the local people of our country in their own way. Which is very crunchy and very tasty to eat.

Tea from the famous Sylhet region of Bangladesh


Our Sylhet region of Bangladesh is very famous for its tea leaves. Few people can be found today who do not like to drink tea. Sylhet region is as beautiful in nature as it is in economic aspect of tea production. Different kinds of tourists go to Sylhet from different places to enjoy the real beauty and see the tea garden. The tea that is made from the tea leaves of Sylhet tea garden is very delicious to eat.

Conclusion


The taste of different types of products in our Bangladesh cannot be compared and cannot be kidded. I have already said that in the season our nature in Bangladesh gives us a variety of food shirts. Which are usually laboriously made by the local people of the region. So I shared with you about the taste of some products. Hope you like it. This was my presentation today. Thanks everyone.

Hilsa fish is really special especially since it's famous in Bangladesh and even in our country Pakistan. Those sweets from Tangail must be super delicious especially with pure desi cow's milk.
