“🥕 What is your favorite vegetable?.
When it comes to vegetables, this is a very useful and cheap solution to keep ourselves healthy and we know about its health benefits better. We also grow in our home ,yard and other areas as we eat raw and cooked aa well. It can give us a lot of nutrition in both ways and is great enough for us.My favourite vegetables is "okra" Which we also known as lady finger.Its quite popular in many countries and people's used to eat it in different items. Its a great source of vitamin C and K.In my country we cooked bhindi masala, bhindi gosht, bhindi ki sabzi or bhindi do payaza. Okra is available throughout the year in pakistan but my elders says its taste perfect in summer season.
“🥬What is that vegetable that you hated as a child and that you still hate?.”
The taste of some things we do not like since childhood maybe We can never like in my opinion in our life and over time we start to eat it when we now about their health benefits but there are some things that do not always eat and not eat.I don't like "eggplant" at all but my dad used to say It is the power of God that He has blessed us with so many fruits and vegetables, so saying that I do not like it would be a big mistake . Because my father always used to say that fruit and vegetables are pack of power and do not say anything bad. So thats why there was an eggplant curry cooked in my house, whether I eat it or not but had to eat a little bit because when I was hungry. But when I got married, I found out that my husband was very fond of eggplant, so I always made for him and he used to tell me that if you do not like you, make something else for yourself.
“🫑What is that vegetable that you hated as a child and that you now love?.”
When we were kids We are fully careful about the taste of food. We cannot understand how important it is for our body or which nutrition can give our body strength or how many years of benefits we have. As i told you before I didn't like a plant at all and still am not liking it.Actually I did not used to love vegetable since from my childhood but because of the pressure from the family I eat vegetables . I also did not like the turnip at all. I don't like it taste when it cooked because after cooked the turnip taste is little sweet in eating when taste better when its raw.It only like salty and spicy things. When I got married, my husbands who were making the turnip with meat, which reduced the sweetness inside it and it was quite spice, so I started to like that. She's been my most favorite vegetable now.
“🍆.How much vegetables do you consume?.”
I have already told you that I didn't like vegetables and food since childhood and eat olny in pressure of dad and mom, but with age I learned that the vegetables are source of strength and healthy lifestyle help you to live long.I usually cooked one vegetable in a day for food and use salads in the daily diet that contains carrots and radish so they can give my body a little strength.And because I am a diabetes patien now, I have been told by the doctor that I have to do a lot of use in vegetables in my days, which is why I must take some veggies for my health.

It's hard for me to tell because now I used to eat vegetables a lot that almost every vegetable is good and healthy. I eat whatever I get with rice. Pea and potato curry is quite favorite because peas is very tasty but not everyone like it . You can eat it in every way can like rice with few pieces of rice inside,peas or potato curry, matar pulao, matar bryani that you can enjoy it.
