Welcome to my diary blog,I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my participation post in #steemitironchef community with very interesting theme of the contest regarding salad.Salads offer numerous health benefits.
Yes I love to eat salad frequently 🥗 infact my lunch consist of healthy fruits and vegetables 😋 😋 mostly , actually my body had weight gain tendency so I kept my self from more intake of carbs and sugary meals / drinks.so the salad is the best alternative for that .The row veggies only we took in salad other wise sometimes over cooked and spoiled nutrients from meal ,many people liked to enjoyed with meals but I took salad as a meal mostly at lunch time.
Well friends I am fruit and vegetable lover so I love to add many colourful fruits and vegetables and sometime add protein content like chicken ,egg in my salad to increase the benefit of the salad.In my salad i added Lettuce , fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and red onions and yougart as well in my salad bowl.The protein also good option for salad ,the well presented salad also fond of everyone.i Used simple dressing like o vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and peppers. Optionally, we can include protein sources like chicken, boiled eggs, chickpea ,dried fruits for added texture and flavor ,Well cucumber 🥒, onion 🧅,carrot 🥕,apple 🍎,and yogurt I really like these combination in salad sprinkle cinimum powder.
Eating salad in daily routine healthy habits,it's loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber from various vegetables, fruits, and nuts.Salads is low in calories so it's way for weight management due to high fiber content.
It's good for digestion due to fiber in salads can help and prevent constipation.due to healthy ingredients salad also may reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension treatment.
Supports healthy bones and rye health infact green Leafy salads are rich in calcium, vitamin K, and other nutrients essential for bone health and as well good for mental health. salads helps to protect from Early sign of aging .
As I said above my salad bowl consist of fruits and vegetables 🥗 along with yougart,but if I talk about my favorite one it's no much healthy but sometimes I enjoyed the treat .
Friends my fusion salad recipes is quite fantastic I boiled chicken bone less pieces, spaghetti,peas,potato's,pine apples,apples ,carrot , cabbage I also add orange juice in it all ingredients incorporate with spatula.I served it chilled,the taste is very tamping and refreshing.

Nice to see your post and you are very health conscious because you know a lot about salat and you add extra things to add different types of salad ingredients and different types of sad by adding different types of nuts and fruits and sour yogurt you are different and you are different. I’m not really a big fan of salad although it’s not prepared here too often except on special occasions. But if I’m to eat salad, I don’t like it alone. I rather eat with something else.
I’ve never tried yogurt before. I always use salad cream… maybe I’ll give it a try with yogurt when next is been prepared to see the difference in taste..

Hola amiga. Que bueno que cuides así tu dieta, comer ensaladas es muy bueno para la salud y son divinas. Nunca las he probado combinadas con proteína animal pero deben ser deliciosas.
