I would like to have lunch with my dearest friend , very hard working steemia , sincere and very kind hearted ,the beautiful lady @suboohi ,the reason behind that l want to show how much I love her and wants to cook lunch withy hands in honor for her ,she introduced me on this plat form ,very cooperative and friendly with all ,it my wish to spend time together and share my affection towards her , it would be happening soon I am sure after she receive my invitation through my blog 😃😃

Describe the lunch ,what kind of food would you prepared for that special steemians

Well I knew her personally as a friend since long time she lived in Pakistan and same city Karachi so it would be truly appreciate if she come on my lunch invitation ,I knew her favorite food Very well so I made delicious Beef biryani and beef sekh kabab( cutluts) as a main dish in lunch menu and presentation would be very elegant for my special guest.

I share here the recipe of beef biryani in short way , I am also shared the recipe twice in my different blogs so I give fast recap the recipe for details visit my profile so guys you all are easily understand how it would be done with in one hour .

How I made

• First cut the onion in fine slices and fried till golder brown color then strain out from oil
• Take a large pan add oil then ginger garlic paste and beef after that add all spices in it in spices add red chili powder , turmeric powder coriander powder and salt add enough water to tender the beef covered it for 1/2 an hour .

• On other hand boiled the water in large pan add salt and cumin seed when water boild add soaked rice in it and cooked for 15 to 20 minutes which were half done removed excess water through strainer.
• Now it's time for layering the rice and beef masala one by one and covered that for completely done on low flame .
• Add orange food colour and rise water now it's done and ready to serve with salad and mint yoghurt.

I love if she cooking with me in my kitchen, golden chance for me to learn something new from her and secondly I will spend more time with her in healthy environment at my home ,she had cool personality and helping in nature and the best thing is that she is found of all delicious traditional food like pay ,nehari ,karahi .

What would be the best drink to accompany lunch

---

I made special milk tea with lunch , actually after oily food need some hot drink like tea it's cleansed your body and gave lightet fat not deposit so I like to serve tea in Pakistan our traditional drink our hosting would be never considered complete if we never asked the guests for tea ☕,specially in Winter hot drinks give you warm effect and add value and accomplished your food.

would you offer him a dessert or ☕ coffee or all of above explain your answer

Yes I will go for dessert option 😃 😃,I knew that she found of all cakes so I will bake Red velvet cake for my lovely friend she is big fan of my cakes and she liked all kind of cakes so it's a good option to baked cake for her she is sweet lover and gladly took most of the desserts ,when you cook at home for you guest looking more appealing and conveyed your love affection and shown who much we respect and meaningful jester in front of guests.
