How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I am here to participate in a food contest. For this, I would like to thank steemit-ironchef for organizing such a contest. Also, people have to survive in this world and every person who lives consumes food and every person spends their life by consuming food according to their preferences and capabilities.

For breakfast today I have allotted a very light meal. Today I have completed my breakfast with only fried eggs. However, I had some dates with it which I could not present here. However, I liked eating fried eggs a lot. Here I fried eggs in oil with onions and green chilies and it was very delicious to eat hot.

Today I had planned several meals for lunch because I like vegetables the most, so I kept the vegetable dishes for lunch. Today I made a recipe with cauliflower, potatoes, eggplant, and radishes with Rui fish, which made my lunch much more interesting.

Now that winter is over and there are more and more open beans available in the market, I brought bean sprouts here, but instead of eating the bean sprouts alone, you can fry them well with some potatoes and some light beans.Most of the recipes on this sim can be prepared quickly by frying them well with a little onion, green chili, salt and oil, but they are also very healthy because bean sprouts are a very healthy food for our body and especially for children.

My favorite dish for evening was muri makha, but I added some chickpeas to this muri and there is a special oil available for makha muri, which I bought from the market for ten taka. I treated my son well with it two days ago. It is very delicious to eat because this recipe is made with mustard oil here, so it is very good to eat it with a lot of jhal.

Today I had khichuri for dinner but this khichuri is a little different here I added fresh lau I had brought home gourd and I made khichuri with that gourd it was very tasty and soft it was very suitable for children to eat and especially my son liked it a lot I also added vegetables with this khichuri as I have already said we get different types of vegetables in winterSo I really like to make vegetable recipes by adding several vegetables and I sometimes keep these vegetable recipes in my diet.

However, to fulfill my husband's wish, I had to cook beef at night, but I made a recipe with beef and lentil, which is especially delicious when eaten with khichdi or pola. This lentil recipe definitely brought a new dimension to my dinner. Eating khichdi with lentil was much more delicious.
