Hey everyone, this is me, vvarishayy. Today I am sharing my favorite recipe for Chicken White Karahi. It is the yummiest and creamiest dish you can enjoy for dinner. I usually make it for my family. You must give it a try once!

Chicken | 750g |
Ginger garlic crushed | 2 tbs |
salt | 1 tsp or to taste |
Cooking oil | 1/3 Cup |
Milk | 2 Cup or as required |
Yogurt whisked | 1 Cup |
Green chillies | 2-3 |
Black pepper crushed | 1 tsp |
Coriander seeds crushed | 1 tsp |
White pepper powder | 1 tsp |
Cumin seeds) | ½ tsp |
Chicken powder | 1 tsp |
Coconut powder | 1 tbs |
Lemon juice | 2 tsp |
Ginger | 1 inch piece |
Cream | ¾ Cup |
Garam masala powder | ½ tsp |
Fresh coriander chopped | handful |
Green chilli sliced | as required |
Ginger | for garnishing |
Now, to get an appetizing chicken, initially, heat a wok and fry the chicken pieces with finely crushed ginger – garlic. Then add pinch of pink salt, drop some cooking oil and then, turn it on the milk. Mix them up, and then allow the mix to boil. When it starts to boil, place the lid on the wok and let the chicken to fry on high flame for 5-6 minutes. Next, cook on high flame until there is no water left in the vessel and it splutters, it will take 1-2 min.
After half of the milk have evaporated, lower the heat and stir in yogurt for creaminess as well as sliced green chillies for spicy and black pepper to bring out the taste. Coriander seeds for plain flavours, white pepper powder for peppery touch; and cumin seeds for little earthy taste; chicken powder and coconut powder for rich, nutty taste. Add few drops of lemon juice and stir well and fry the mixture in medium hot oil for 2-3 min till the oil floats on the top.
Now, add a portion of fresh ginger then mix it well. Maintain the heat low and stir in the cream to control texture of the dish and then let it cook for another 8-10 minutes on a low flame. After that, mix one last time and cook for 2 minutes more. Finally, garnish the dish with garam masala powder to give a warm taste and aromatic, adorn with newly chopped green coriander, and green chillies. This is a juicy and creamy chicken white karahi recipe and it goes well being served hot with naan or roti.
