Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them into boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. ✅
Step 2
After the potatoes are cooked, scoop them out. Cut the beef into cubes and marinate with light soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper powder and cumin powder for half an hour. Cut the coriander and bird's eye chilies into small pieces. ✅

Heat a pan and pour a little more oil. Drain the water from the potatoes and put them into the pan to fry. ✅

Keep the heat at the lowest and fry until both sides turn golden brown. ✅

Put the beef cubes into the pan and turn to medium heat. (You can add a little more oil at this time.) ✅

Stir - fry over medium heat until the beef changes color and is almost cooked through. ✅

Add cumin powder, chili powder and salt. Stir well. ✅

Before taking the pan off the heat, add minced garlic, bird's eye chilies and coriander. ✅
