I’m wishing that all my Steemian friends are full of joy and passing their days with delicious food items. It’s very important for us to choose a proper diet and nutritious meals in our whole day. Being unhealthy and unhygienic may cause suffering in our bodies and also put our energy levels always down. I’m so grateful to this community for giving us an opportunity to read my other Steemian friend's posts and have some idea of how a day can be made with delicious and healthy food. Besides it also gives a chance to share some glimpses of our daily menu with all of us.

Though last night I had a heavy dinner that’s why I keep my breakfast as light. For my breakfast, I have a buttercream rolled bun. Having a nutritious fruit I choose a banana and along with it, I have my milk cup of tea. I always prefer to have a strong breakfast so that I keep myself energetic till before lunch.

Today in my lunch menu with my main dish rice I have a new dish that I cooked or saw to be cooked but never tried. Today I have cooked the loitta dried fish. Though it is a famous and traditional recipe of our country, I never tasted it but after trying I love the taste of it. Besides this, I also have the fish curry which was made with rohu fish head and taro root. It was also a delicious and common dish in our country. Also, I have some slices of radish on my plate which I regularly eat in the season of winter.

Today I have another yummy and tasty item on my evening snacks. In our native language, we call it as "Chotpoti". It felt so good to eat hot Chotpoti on this slightly chilly evening. After having these sour, spicy evening snacks I had my milk cup of tea.

Generally, at dinner, I always prefer to have rice, and today I ate my favorite Maggie noodles. These noodles also give so same calories that I can have from my rice and also make my tummy happy by eliminating hunger. After having this delicious dinner I take a walk into my room and move to bed for sleeping.
