Since winter has now arrived in our country, many are available in the market. As a result, we are enjoying eating them very much in this cold season. Today's main meal for lunch was a vegetable with cauliflower and potato fries with rice. This cauliflower was made with new potatoes which was amazing to eat. Along with this, there was a fish dish cooked with mud potatoes. Alongside these two dishes, there was also a salad made with cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili. Which made the lunch even more delicious.

In this evening's snacks, there were different types of food. In the evening, there was Alupuri. This Alupuri is basically made with potatoes, dried chili, and eggs which is a little different and amazing taste from the usual Alupuri. A salad made with cucumber, onion, and green chili was served with alu puri. The evening snacks had a different dish today which was hot jilapi. The taste of hot jilapi is mouth-watering and can’t compare it to any other food. These jilapi are made very thinly and with less sugar which makes them very crispy to eat.

Tonight's dinner was also another of my favorite dishes which is Bhuna Khichuri. It is a great pleasure to eat hot khichuri at night in this cold day. This Bhuna Khichuri was accompanied by fried eggs. And another was chicken roast. The taste of chicken roast and eggs with Khichuri is so amazing that I cannot express it properly in words.
