Pinwheel Flower or Crape Jasmine are evergreen plant species of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China. Leaves 4-10 × 2-4 cm, bright green, bottom pale, and smooth.

The plant is usually 1-3 m tall and evergreen. Large shrub, sometimes arboreal.

Flowers almost all year round except winter. The flowers can be both odorless and fragrant, filled with white flower bunches in the leaf chambers or at the tips of the branches. Flowers 2-4 cm wide, single or giant or semi-giant, 5 petals at the apex of the stalk, petals flattened.

Due to the milky juice in the stem, it is also called milk flower in some areas. Its main beauty is the pure white flower. So it is also called a white flower. In our area, it is also called the Bhat full or Rice flower.

The wood Malati tree has been used for decorating backyards and gardens. The tree is also used as a refuge for small birds. The flower is widely used as a means of prayer and worship.
