如最近一个看似是拍摄的童言无忌的搞笑视频在网上炸开了锅。也许拍摄者个仅仅是出于搞笑的目的，将视频发布在网上。视频的内容貌似是一个参加班级活动的小学生，班级活动主题应该是我的理想之类的。他说他的爷爷是是中国农业发展银行的行长，他妈妈是副行长，他的爸爸也是银行的领导。所以他将来的理想和愿望就是也成为一个银行行长。好继承他们家的家业。

这本来是一个很搞笑的话题。但是在网上却引起了大的负面情绪，就是关于这方面的矛盾早就存在了。比如那个著名的段子说，现在好工作就像艾滋病毒，只能通过血液（血缘）和性关系传播。言下之意，就是那些体制内的优越工作已经越来越家族化。外人要进入越来越困难？当然，这样的宣传事故在以前也是出现过，而且之前官媒还主动宣扬这种情况，什么警察世家、一家三代都是烟草人。烟草在国内实行专卖制度，是真正的垄断经营，可以说是钱多的不得了，可以说是国内待遇最好的企业了。但是这样的垄断企业和体制内的职位大都在家族内部继承。当时也曾经引起网络上的反感。

不过这个小学生说银行是家产，如果正经来说，银行也算是企业。企业在家族之间继承也不算大不了的事情。比如韩国的现代集团，日本的许多著名的大公司，比如松下连名称都是家族的姓氏。按照普通意义上来讲，银行世家的小学生将来要继承银行的家产，也是说了过去的。

不过，由于新中国的前三十年实行的是计划经济体制，所有的私营企业都被国有化了。虽然改革开放以来，推行对改革很多转为股份制，但国有企业仍然大量实在。而这个小学生口中所说的农业发展银行这样一家国有银行，而且某种意义上来说，它也算不上是企业，它实际上是国家的政策银行。是为政府政策提供贷款支持和服务的，所以他根本不面对普通消费者，你在全国各个城市里面也看不到这家银行的网点，也没有人在这家银行里面存过钱。

这就是问题所在啊。严格意义上来说，农业发展银行只是政府部门的延伸，算不上企业，更算不上是私产。而这位小学生童言无忌，却认为是自己家的家产，可能是他在生活中耳濡无染，在这家银行里面的人都是他家的七大姑八大姨，他自然而然产生了这样的想法。

所以，这里觉得不应该只批评这位小学生或者他的家长长将全民所有的资产视为自己家产的错误思想，而是这样的机构根本就不应该存在，早就应该被时代淘汰。因为它既不服务于任何消费者，而且它无法帮助实现任何政策目标，这种机构家族化的成员构成已经足够说明，为国家政策服务不过是某些家族化的利益集团，为自己谋取利益的幌子而已。

并不说为自己或者家族谋取利益就不对，在获得自己利益，同时也要为他人创造价值，这就是市场经济的真谛。像这样的机构基本上不会给社会和消费者创造任何价值和利益的。
