气候危机：权力的新利器？

武汉的天气又发生了剧变，前几天还暖和得犹如夏初一样，最高气温高达二十几度。结果没两天，今天的气温大概又降到了冰点，而且今天还下着中雨。天气预报说，这将又是一场类似春节之前的那场冻雨。搞不好，又要经历一场冰冻灾害。

经常能够在新闻上看到“今年的平均气温又创了历史新高。”在贩卖全球变暖焦虑的消息，今年倒是消停一些，毕竟大家切身的体会到了，确实比往年要冷得多。气候这个事情真的还就是听天由命的事情，不是人类的活动能够左右的。所以越来越倾向于气候危机，其实是权力阶层。为了维护自己的地位，故意渲染出来的。即便未来真的有这样危机，也不是人类政府之间的合作能够应对的。当权者需要创造一个威胁。这个威胁要大到依靠个人或者普通的私人机构独自无法应对的程度，这样人们才会心甘情愿的，让渡自己的自由和权利接受权力阶层的统治。

就像在中国的古文字当中，“王”字其实是由“巫”字演变过来的。也就是许多文化当中的祭司，他们的职责就是帮助民众与神沟通、免除灾祸。农业社会早期最害怕的旱灾、洪灾之类的。都不是普通人力能够应对，要求助于神灵，“巫”就垄断与神沟通的业务，让百姓来供养它，以应对天灾。所以，虽然现在的人类社会政治制度演进到了所谓的民主政治、代议制，但它的底层逻辑并没有根本的变化。只是政客所保证的与他们能做到的，差得太远了，就像古代的巫师一样，能不能灵验全凭运气。不过现在，他们发明了自说自话，虚构威胁的办法。
