历史新视角：用AI翻译希特勒战争史

自从发现了利用大型AI模型翻译电子书的方法之后，我感觉仿佛打开了通往新世界的大门。虽然之前也使用过其他翻译引擎来翻译电子书，速度快且基本能满足需求，但在流畅性和可读性方面，总是觉得有所欠缺。我认为一个重要的原因是，这些专用的翻译模型往往只针对短句进行翻译，虽然不能说完全没有上下文，但上下文的窗口较小，导致翻译结果不尽如人意。谷歌翻译模型在处理多义词和容易产生歧义的地方时仍然容易出错，语句的通顺性也有待提高。然而，使用大型AI模型翻译出来的文章，其可信度和通顺性就好很多了。这得益于它是国产大模型，对中文的掌握能力比国外的模型要强，翻译出来的书籍读起来特别舒服，仿佛是由中文母语者所写。

这样的技术进步使得我们可以轻松地找到国外原版书籍，尤其是那些尚未在国内出版的电子书，利用AI翻译技术让它们变得触手可及。例如，我最近翻译了一本名为《希特勒的战争之路》的书，这本书是由一位英国历史学家所著，内容颇具争议。该书通过研究大量德国方面的史料，包括档案记录和盖世太保的剩余文件，试图从希特勒的视角复盘第二次世界大战的历史。我们通常所见的二战历史大多是从盟国和盟军的视角描述，而这本书则提供了一个全新的视角。
