美国大选：德州红脖子VS拜登,内战隐现，边境墙成焦点

今年是美国的大选年，每当这个时候政客们一定会跳出来闹得鸡飞狗跳，会有很多瓜吃。前不久曝光了艾泼斯坦的文件。不过除了霍金躺枪之外，似乎也没有掀起多大的浪花。不过这大戏是一出接着一出，没想到这才开年，选战还没有正式打响，就已经快进到了要开打内战的部分。

其实从2016年的美国大选开始，美国社会的撕裂就表现的已经非常明显了。一般在讨论这个话题的时候，都会将以民主党为代表的划分为左派或者进步派，共和党为代表，划分为右派或者保守派、左派。其实这种标签的贴法也不是很符合事实，姑且用之。

这两派在很多议题上的观点是完全针锋相对的，而其中一个分歧的焦点就是对待非法移民的问题。随着二战之后的美国建立世界霸权，经济也越来越繁荣，美国民众的生活水平也大幅提高。但这导致了一个问题，就是美国工人的报酬或者说是人工成本也大幅上升。这对美国的企业家来说，是一个非常大的弱点，成本的提高会削弱美国产品的竞争力。于是这就剩下两个选择，有能力的跨国公司，就会将产品的生产搬迁到亚洲等人工成本更低的地区，而一些小的企业或者商户则比较乐于雇佣那些非法越过边境，没有身份，过来打黑工的非法移民。因为他们所需的报酬远远低于美国自己的工人。这就给传统的美国工人造成了很大的压力，要么选择失业，要么选择更低的报酬。这些传统美国工人大都是共和党的支持者。他们是支持加强边境管控的。

在这些非法进入美国的非法移民当中，人数最多的就属于与美国有漫长边界的墨西哥了，墨西哥的发展水平比较低，因而美国的生活水平对墨西哥人有非常大的吸引力。而且墨西哥人确实非常的吃苦耐劳，上一代中国移民也是以勤劳著称，靠在餐管洗盘子之类的低端工作，在美国站稳脚跟。但是如果现在中国人再去美国，就很难重复这条成功路径了。因为在洗盘子之类的低端劳动上，墨西哥的工人不但可以将本土美国工人排挤出劳动力市场，而且他们的体力、耐力、工作效率等方面也完全碾压新一代的中国人。因为这些新一代走线进入美国的中国人，其实在国内也算是略有家资，并不是完全的生社会底层，他们去美国很大程度上并非生活所迫，而是处于意识形态。所以和那些为生活所迫，吃苦耐劳的墨西哥人相比，就完全不是对手了。

但是如果仅仅是打黑工降低美国商户和企业的人工成本，其实对美国经济是一件好事。但问题是，墨西哥的政府腐败效率低下，对墨西哥全国没有形成强有力的治理。墨西哥国内被各大贩毒集团所占据，相互之间火并和暴力犯罪频繁，随着墨西哥非法移民大量涌入美国，这些问题也对美国的社会治安造成了影响。

还有一条，也是最坏的一个影响，就是民主党所代表的左派，大力支持这种非法移民活动，不但鼓励他们越国边境进入美国，还给他们发放身份和福利。他们这样做的原因就是想扩大自己的票仓，一切从选举出发，而不顾非法移民所造成的社会影响，同时也虚耗了美国的国力和资源。

德克萨斯州在传统上是一个倾向共和党的保守州。他的州长是川普的铁杆粉丝。川普2016年竞选的纲领当中非常重要的一条就是要在和墨西哥的边界上面修墙，还要让墨西哥人来出这笔钱。现在虽然懂王不在位了，但是德州州长仍然在贯彻他的意志，用州政府的资金修哪一座简易的边境墙，也就是一些铁丝网，阻止非法移民的大粮油。但是这件事在前几天成为一个焦点。因为今年是大选年，拜登。为了争取移民的选票，向美国最高法院申请裁判申请，判决德州的边境墙是违章建筑，拿到判决之后，拜登就派出联邦执法人员前去拆除德州的边境墙。

然而以红脖子、牛仔著称的德州人根本不把联邦政府放在眼里，声称联邦执法人员来拆除德州边境墙是入侵，调动德州国民警卫队到州届拦截联邦执法人员。这一丝火药味似乎让人闻到了一点内战的味道。
