所谓的陪审团制度，也只在公民崇尚自由的自治社会中才能发挥作用。在一个观念败坏、国家主义和干预主义盛行的时代，陪审团只会将一个本来正义的事情宣布为不正义。如今的陪审团根本不是公正而有常识的，他们受到观念的影响，做出错误的判决。大量的错案发生，大量的被告人被逼迫认罪，大量的穷人打不起官司，这才是常态。

特朗普的案件用上了陪审团，只是一个障眼法，让人误以为经由陪审团审判的案件就是公正的。但陪审团的成员都被福利国家豢养，都是国家主义者，他们怎么可能做出公正的判决呢？

所以，特朗普被判有罪，这不是一件简单的法律事件，而是美国政治斗争的冰山一角。美国政治的肮脏，民情观念的败坏，都在这件事中显露无疑。也许，美国到了再一次分离的时刻，只希望这一次，蓝州和红州能够自愿和平分离，不要再发生大规模的死亡事件了。

Far from being impartial and common-sense, juries today are influenced by perceptions and reach wrong verdicts. A large number of wrongful cases have occurred, a large number of defendants have been forced to confess, and a large number of poor people cannot afford to Sue, which is the norm.
