这样极端的监管并不那么好，无非是另一个威权国家而已，虽然吸烟有害他人健康，我自己也不吸烟，但是吸烟的人总得有个可以自由吸烟的场所。一刀切的完全不留余地就像某些宗教或党派的极端做法。
