这个菜名有点长,把这个汤的食材全标出来了😄 😄 。
我们家不太爱喝汤水,所以汤煮得很少,每次喝汤都把料吃完汤留着,好吧!是这样吃法就索性直接烧菜不煮汤了😂 !
准备食材:牛肉丸、冻豆腐(老豆腐放速冻里冰住)、菠菜、盐、蔬菜鲜、油。
1)把食材准备好,该洗的洗,该切的切,冻豆腐切好也要洗一下,去掉豆腥味。
2)起锅倒少许油,把丸子和豆腐倒入,稍炒两下,倒入清水,盖上盖子煮开后再煮4分钟。
3)放入菠菜,放入盐和蔬菜鲜调味,菠菜熟了就可以装大碗了。
不出所料,料没了汤还在,还好这个汤没啥营养,倒掉不可惜,如果是精心熬制的汤水肯定要逼着他们先把汤水分着喝了,是任务!🤭 🤭
