cn-trail跟赞团新规则上线

新的跟赞团规则正式生效。具体规则查看：cn-trail跟赞团点赞规则更新

同时也更新了跟赞团的网站，添加了跟赞比，奖惩类别

跟赞比的意思是，你跟赞的次数和cn-trail总点赞次数比

而奖惩的意思是，跟赞比高于80%会获得额外点赞，低于80%会扣掉一些点赞

首页添加了点赞倍数。这个倍数10-30倍浮动
