说到最爱的一餐，脑海里就跳出扁肉和拌面

老家是福建福州，扁肉和拌面是地方小吃

小时候每到周末，我妈就会给我2块钱，让我自己出门吃早餐，而我每周必吃的早餐就是扁肉和拌面

扁肉和馄饨类似，但是区别是，扁肉的皮很薄并且肉不多

拌面无非就是面条，酱油，葱花，花生酱。做法简单，但是味道每家店铺都有不同

出国后，念念不忘扁肉和拌面。每次去纽约唐人街，都会去一家福州沙县小吃的店铺吃上一顿扁肉和拌面

就算回国，去过不少城市，每到一个城市，出门吃饭的时候都会看看有没有沙县小吃

截止到目前，吃过上海，温州，杭州，广州，海南，北京等地的，除了福州的，就属一次在杭州的沙县小吃店铺做的最有童年时候的味道，以至于在杭州的一周，天天吃那家的扁肉和拌面

怀念那个味道，更怀念童年时候的时光
