Steem-Engine注册FINCEN 货币转移许可

今天，@aggroed宣布一个关于Steem-Engine的大新闻，Steem-Engine注册FINCEN 货币转移许可：
Steem Engine Major Update - Money Transmitter (USD) and Product Roadmap

什么是货币转移许可（Money Transmitter）呢？

即“接收现金、基金或其他具有现金替代价值的事物并利用无论何种方法传输给另一个人或另一个地区”

用人话来说，Steem-Engine将支持使用USD购买代币，或者创建自己的稳定币和Steem-Engine上的代币配对。类似Coinbase那样的交易所。把手上的代币直接换成美金将不会是梦想

有什么限制？

要接收USD或者使用USD购买代币，需要完成KYC（身份认证）

并且注册FINCEN 还只是第一步，还需要向每个州注册。每个州的要求还不同，有些简单有些比较复杂。所以要全美支持交易可能还需要一段时间

@aggroed 说部分功能可能在3,4月份实现

同时他也谈到Steem-Engine是基于STEEM的第二层，所以如果要换区块链或者支持多种区块链也是可能的。

言外的意思是，如果STEEM没了，他们也能迁移到其他链上去。
