Tri-tip is a triangle cut of the beef from the bottom sirloin, it has not much fat, and it is tender. I love to cook it, like to eat it, and enjoy watching kids eating it. My kids are very picky because they don’t eat seafood, beef, and pork but eat tri-tip or steak. In my family, we don’t call steak or tri-tip as beef because we think they have different tastes.
Each piece of tri-tip is more than two pounds, and I usually bake the whole piece in the oven. Four of us eat about half for one meal and have the another half leftover for tomorrow’s lunch. What the great thing is saving me time to cook in the next day. At the beginning, kids still enjoyed the leftover; later on, I found out the tri-tip was left in the refrigerator for more days.
Kids said the tri-tip was no longer juicy the second day, and they rather ate the fresh cook. I thought about it - why didn’t I marinate it with steak seasoning and put it in the refrigerator, and I cooked it as needed. Due to the tip-tip was marinated longer, it had more taste, and we always had fresh cooked meat; besides, I just need to spend couple minutes to cook a delicious tri-tip dish.

女儿她们说第二天的三尖已不再多汁,她们宁愿吃新鲜的。 我考虑了一下-为什么不用牛排调味料将其腌制并放入冰箱,然后根据需要进行烹饪。由于三尖腌制的时间更长,因此味道更入味,而且我们总是吃新鲜的熟肉。此外,我也仅需花费几分钟的时间就已经可以煎好一碟味道的三尖。
