柳州螺蛳粉做法

果然还是本地人会吃!
柳州朋友教的煮法,试过一次巨惊艳!!
味道特别浓郁!汤底很鲜,米粉吸汁入味,满满一大碗料给我吃爽了!
还不用洗锅!!再也不怕锅臭被妈妈说,狠狠爱了!!

很简单的做法,分享给大家:
1.米粉煮到可以夹断,捞出过一遍凉水
2.米粉放碗里,加酸笋、木耳、配菜、辣椒油、醋、汤料
3.碗里加开水焖5分钟左右,再放腐竹、花生、鹌鹑蛋,即可开吃!
