比較起鞍馬的動態，吊環中的既動且靜，而且具大的動能輸出，那也是超難度的。
當年的體操王子（今日的潮牌老闆）李寧，在1984年的洛杉磯奧運會上就獲得鞍馬、吊環和自由體操３枚個人金牌。
