中式早餐:莲子桂花糕&桃胶银耳酒酿圆子

食材:
干莲子300g、糖粉35g、玉米淀粉40g、黄油35g、桂花蜜少许
做法:
❶干莲子提前浸泡2小时后煮至软烂
❷莲子捣成泥,倒入锅中,加糖粉+玉米淀粉+黄油+桂花蜜,小火炒至黄油融化,不停翻炒炒至成团
❸莲子泥分成50g每个,搓成圆球,放入模具按压成型脱模即可
