中式早餐:四喜饺子🥟番茄火腿蛋花汤

四喜饺子:
❶猪肉糜250g+葱花+姜末+1勺料酒+2勺生抽+1勺蚝油+1勺芝麻油+少许盐+适量胡椒粉,拌匀
❷饺子皮加入少量肉馅,对折捏紧,再左右对折捏紧,然后撑开两两捏紧,放入香菇丁、豌豆、玉米粒、胡萝卜丁,在尾部捏出个尖角,然后上锅蒸熟就好啦~

番茄火腿蛋花汤:
❶番茄切丁炒出汁,加入火腿丁、白玉菇翻炒
❷加入适量清水后,放入豆腐
❸煮开后淋上蛋液
❹加适量盐+少许白胡椒粉+少许生抽调味
