浓稠的南瓜粥
搭配软糯的南瓜桂花米糕

食材:
糯米粉60g、粘米粉180g、水40g、桂花干2g、白糖30g、南瓜泥100g
做法:
❶糯米粉、粘米粉、白糖、桂花干放入碗中搅匀
❷ 取三分之一,依次加入水搅拌至可手捏成团,捏一下会散开的状态
❸剩余的加入南瓜泥搅拌均匀,一样搅拌至可手捏成团的状态
❹依次过筛成细腻的粉状
❺蒸笼上垫蒸笼布,放上磨具
❻倒入一半黄色米粉刮平,再倒入白色米粉刮平,最后倒入剩余的黄色米粉刮平
❼用刀切分开,撒上桂花干,盖上湿布
❽上锅中火蒸35分钟即可
