中式早餐|桂花红糖米糕&桂花圆子红豆粥

上次做了桂花南瓜米糕
味道hin不错 这次做桂花红糖味的
搭配一碗暖呼呼的红豆粥
暖心又暖胃 碳水脑袋幸福感满满
食材:
粘米粉120g、糯米粉90g、白糖10g、红糖、清水100g、干桂花
做法:
❶粘米粉、糯米粉、白糖和干桂花混合搅拌均匀,少量多次加入清水搅拌至可手捏成团,捏一下就会散开的状态
❷过筛成细腻粉状
❸蒸笼上垫蒸笼布,放上模具
❹倒入一半米粉轻轻刮平,撒上一层红糖,再铺上另外一半米粉
❺用刀切分开,盖上湿布,上锅中火蒸35分钟即可
