Beef Shank with Egg on Rice / 燉牛肉雞蛋飯

Tonight I cooked beef shank with turnips.

I also added a fried egg on top of the rice and it tastes delicious.

今晚我用蘿蔔煮牛肉。

我還在米飯上加了一個煎雞蛋，味道鮮美。
