早上起床花10分钟就可以做个简易的汉堡包,先把面包皮放进去空气炸锅用150度烤5分钟,烤的过程中,煎一个鸡蛋,煎得差不多在上面盖一片芝士片,盖上锅盖,焖一下,让芝士片稍微融化,这时面包也好了,两片都挤上沙拉酱,最后把鸡蛋芝士夹在中间就ok了,如果有生菜还可以夹点生菜,最后倒上一杯牛奶,一份营养早餐就完成了。
