第一次做烧饼,按照网上的做法,先用高筋面粉和酵母粉做饼皮,然后用低筋面粉加热油、椒盐、香葱做油酥,将饼皮揉成长条,把油酥均匀抹在上面,最后把饼卷起来再压成长条,这样就会形成分层。上面撒上芝麻就可以放进烤箱烤15分钟,就完成了,第一次做就很成功,饼很酥软,分层明显,非常好吃😋
